繼續上次Movement in Humans的學習:
D. Movement of the leg at hip joint
1. Two pairs of opposing muscles - 1 and 2 , 3 and 4
2. 2 contracts > knee joint is bent > 2 is knee flexor
3. 1 contracts > knee joint is straightened > 1 is knee extensor
4. 3 contracts > ankle joint is bent > 3 is foot flexor
5. 4 contracts > ankle joint is straightened > 4 is foot extensor
留意好多時腳會問得難過同多過手, 其實同手既原理一樣, 繼續睇清楚, 當muscle contraction發生的時候, 邊條tendon係用來拉起邊條骨, 就點轉都唔會錯啦, 例如
