When I was attending her lesson for the first time, I told her I had gotten level 3s and 4s for the past few years. “I will make sure you will get at least a level 5 or above for the IB exam!” She replied with full confidence, at first I was doubting her since my knowledge with biology was absolutely atrocious yet I was unable to understand why, and a student like me who only managed to get a level 4 at most for biology while I was trying my very best to memorise everything well, and still unable to get a decent grade. But later on when she starts to teach me, I knew myself that my concepts are wrong due to various reasons, so she tried her best to teach me all over again, from chapter 1 to chapter 6 within 7-8 months of time, and be able to finish it on time while I was able to understand it fully. Even when I ask her how to explain this process for multiple times due to not understanding it well, she would still explain it throughly without any hesitation, making me understanding it more and more by the amount of times she explained to me, and I would explain it back to her once again to make sure I understand her explanation, or else she would repeat the whole process again. After weeks and months passed by, she taught me every nook and cranny of Biology, no matter how important it is. Sometimes she would ask me some questions about knowledge that she taught weeks ago to make sure I was remembering it well as she knew I have bad memorisation.
Although you can feel she can be a bit overconfident when you first met her, she is a very talented and great tuition teacher, with full passion to teach and explain everything in detail for you, making sure you will understand everything about the subject.
